Can I change, edit, or cancel my order after it’s been placed? 

The Cappsules team processes orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore, payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order has been placed. We also may not be able to cancel or edit the order, depending on when the request is received. To request changes to your order, please email us with your request and order number as soon as possible at info@shopcappsules.com.


How do I care for my Cappsules pieces? 

Dry cleaning is highly recommended due to the delicate nature of the garments. However, for small stains, we recommend hand washing. Please do not machine wash. 


What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to info@shopcappsules.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include an explanation of the issue along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


Can I return a sale item(s)?

Items purchased during a sale period are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

What is your shipping policy?

Cappsules pieces can be shipped to Canada and the United States, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and the Canadian Territories. We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 CAD and over. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, our shipping fees are as follows: 


How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been packaged by our team, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You may click on the tracking number to check the status of your order anytime. Please note that the tracking number only becomes available when the courier has picked up and scanned your package, which can take up to 72 hours. 


What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. Cappsules accepts items within 30 days of their ship date. However, the items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear or damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you return your order in the packaging it arrived in. Once your return has been received by the Cappsules customer care team, they will process it and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the date the package is received at our warehouse. 


Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges for any pieces and we do not offer refunds on sale items.

When will I receive my refund?

From the date your return package arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and your refund to appear on the original form of payment.
